Our snow policy has always been that the Utility Superintendent makes the call on when it is safe to start the removal process. They will not go out when the winds are still gusting at high speeds due to the fact of it just blowing in again and having to start the whole removal process again. Not only do we have to keep the safety of the public in mind, but also our City Crew. The Council feels the right choice was made.
